Bijan Safaei is a professional trainer with a Ph.D. in exercise science and an extensive background in elite athletic conditioning. He has worked with members of the Iranian national basketball team and tennis team, specializing in performance training, functional movement, and athletic development at a high level.
Since 2008, Bijan has provided private training in the South Orange County area, primarily outdoors, where he incorporates fresh-air breathing practices, meditation, and mindful movement into his programs. He is highly skilled in resistance-band training and aquatic fitness, helping clients improve strength, mobility, and overall wellness through safe, effective, and innovative methods.
